We're a production company that focuses on creativity in everything we do. We custom-make wheelie bin covers  to fit you and your style, and we have thousands of possible combinations. We don't have huge warehouses or dusty old stock. We only have perfectly made-to-order customised products, designed to match your personal preferences.

When you've placed an order

Please review your order confirmation so you're completely sure the right products have been ordered. Please also double check that we have the correct phone number, address and e-mail address for you, so that we can contact you if necessary.


Goods are prepaid at the time of ordering. You can cancel or change your order completely or partially without any conditions and costs. However, any changes to your order may result in a new delivery date/pick-up date.

Delivery of your new furniture

Before delivery, please ensure that the goods can pass through you gate etc. If the goods cannot come in, you can either sign for the delivery on-site or ask the shippers to return the item. This will then be considered as a missed delivery.  


You will be contacted 4-5 days before your new furniture is delivered to arrange a delivery time. Please note that we do not ship to islands without a bridge to the mainland.

Delivery of express items

When you order an express item online at  you will receive your dream design within a couple of days. The number of days differs from country to country, so take a look at the list below to learn when you can get your hopes up.

3-6days ( after made to order production : (Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Luxembourg, Finland, Latvia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Estonia


Receiving goods

When you receive your new furniture, it is important that you check the right products have been delivered and whether there is any visible damage to the packaging or product. If everything looks fine, you should sign for receiving the goods. If the package is damaged or shows any sign of other visible defects, please only sign the waybill for receipt, subject to any damage to the contents, or refuse to receive the item and ask the driver to return it.

You've got 14 days to return an item

If your LYX  furniture doesn't live up to your expectations, you can exchange or return it up to 14 days after the day you received the furniture. Before the deadline, you should inform us of this either by phone on +442081333050 or mail to 

We will then send you a returns form to send with the returned item to our Pick-up Point: Ul. Wędrowców 112, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item without a returns form. You are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive with us in the same condition as when you received them, and you must pay the shipping costs for the returned item.

Please note that only items in original packaging can be exchanged/returned. It is therefore a good idea to fold up the packaging neatly and keep it somewhere safe until you've finally made up your mind.

As a rule, the returned amount will be refunded to you in the same way as the item was initially paid for - we'll hurry as much as we can, but in some cases, it may take up to 14 days. Shipping costs are only returned upon return of the total order.


Returning goods

If the product is not in the same condition as it was when you received it, an amount corresponding to the decrease in the sales price will be deducted.

The deductions correspond to:

- Item ok + original packaging ok = No deduction

We’ll give you a 2-year guarantee

At LYX we know that good materials combined with genuine craftsmanship results in quality, hard-wearing furniture. Therefore, we are giving a 2-year guarantee on all designs.

When we do something, we don't do it by halves, so our guarantee applies to the entire collection and cover starts from the date you receive your product. The guarantee covers any functional, material or manufacturing defects on the products you buy from LYX for private use. See more in our guarantee terms and conditions.
